Illegal conduct reports
Whistleblowing: illegal conduct reports
Are you aware of illegal conduct in breach of Model 231, of the Code of Ethics, of internal regulations, both corporate and Group, of anti-money laundering legislation, as well as of the TUF (Consolidated Finance Act) and of the MAR? Now you can report it!
The CDP Group makes a (whistleblowing) platform available to all employees - but also to all co-workers, consultants, partners, suppliers and counterparts of the Group’s business activities, as well as any third parties informed of the facts report any breaches of Model 231, of the Code of Ethics, of internal regulations, both corporate and Group, of anti-money laundering legislation, as well as of the TUF and of the MAR.
Whoever makes the report must be aware of the facts as a result of tasks performed. In accordance with the law on the matter of whistleblowing (Law 179/2017), the CDP Group ensures the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity, also to protect them from any retaliation and/or discrimination that may occur as a result of the report made.
You can submit a report directly accessed from CDP’s institutional website: the page to directly activate illegal conduct reports (whistleblowing) by simply completing a web form is found below.
In this way, the company cannot independently acquire information on the whistleblower’s identity, which is safeguarded by a law firm that does not have access to the content of the report.
